MEET THE TEAM

Mark's extensive experience in the motor trade spans mechanics, logistics and sales, providing a solid foundation for his role at Van Demons. His partnership with Brad, sparked on the football field and strengthened by shared passions, led to the creation of the company. When he's not steering the team, Mark enjoys coastal caravan getaways with his wife, Karen, as a proud member of the caravan club.

Brad's Motor Industry career started on the road as a HGV driver, delivering across the South West. After years behind the wheel, Brad transitioned into Commercial Sales, where he quickly made a name for himself by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. His success in sales eventually led him to co-found Van Demons, where his industry knowledge and leadership continue to drive the company forward. In his spare time, Brad enjoys unwinding by the lake with a fishing rod in hand.

Mark joined Van Demons in early 2022, bringing with him over 30 years of HGV experience. As our Logistics Manager, Mark is the friendly face you'll see when collecting or receiving your new vehicle. His strong industry knowledge ensures smooth and timely deliveries every time. In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing badminton and is an active member of his local social club.

Beth swapped wings for wheels in early 2020, transitioning from her role as a Destination Representative in the Balearic and Canary Islands to join Van Demons. With her strong background in sales and administration, Beth now handles much of our accounting and administrative tasks. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures every job meets our 100% standard, all while she maintains a cheerful attitude. In her spare time, she stays active with fitness and gym sessions, loves socialising and enjoys relaxing with her cat.

Sophie joined Van Demons in early 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role with Volkswagen Main Dealers. Her comprehensive automotive knowledge and strong administrative skills make her an invaluable asset to our team. Sophie manages accounts for both our workshop and Demon Developments, ensuring everything runs efficiently. When she's not working, Sophie loves spending quality time with her family. We're excited to have her expertise and enthusiasm on board!

Hannah joined the Van Demons team in the summer of 2023. Although this is her first role in the motor trade, she initially excelled in social media and marketing before expanding her skill set to sales. Hannah brings a fresh perspective and dynamic energy to her role. We’re excited to see her thrive and contribute to our success in new ways! Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the gym and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jess joined our team in early 2024, bringing a fresh perspective to the motor trade despite being new to the industry. She excels at managing our social media presence and keeping our pages vibrant and engaging. In her spare time, Jess enjoys shopping and getting coffee with friends. We're excited to have her creative energy on board!

Jamie is another friendly face you'll meet during the collection or delivery of your new vehicle. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures that every vehicle is in top condition before it reaches you. His previous experience in the cider industry adds a unique touch to his role at Van Demons. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys a Somerset cider and coaches the local youth football team, sharing his passion for the sport with young players.

Simon brings many years of accounting expertise to Van Demons, playing a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our finances. His exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work ensures that our financial operations run smoothly. Simon’s dedication and meticulous approach provide vital support for everyone here at Van Demons.
